Meet Thomasina Miers, co-founder of Wahaca & Masterchef winner 2005, who will be signing copies of her new book Mexican Food Made Simple.
To mark the occasion, Wahaca will be giving away delicious guacamole and tortilla chips fresh from their restaurant in The Park Pavilion.
